Nilantheon implements and supports ITSM — incident, change, problem and request management, asset/CMDB, and built-in AI — under a single license with no paywalled modules — for organisations that need service management working on day one, not a year-long platform project.
The company was founded in 2026 by a practitioner with 25 years of enterprise IT experience across global enterprises, including selling and delivering solutions to both governments and private enterprises.
Nilantheon also brings network monitoring, perimeter security, and industrial IoT automation — a second practice that instruments what enterprises and governments actually run: branches, endpoints, ATMs, and industrial estates.
Nilantheon is early-stage and says so plainly: every engagement today is delivered directly by its founder, not routed through account managers or junior delivery teams.
